I'm planning to post a photo as often as possible starting January 1st, 2006. I probably won't actually take a photo everyday though! This is to improve my photography skills and comments and critiques are welcome and encouraged. Just keep in mind that I am an amateur and only have a 3.2MP camera (anything after May 1st 2006 is with the new camera 9MP)(another note, as of 12/2007 I'm shooting with a Canon DSLR). I cooked today. All day. I made cream chipped beef, with homefries, sausage and toast for breakfast. I made beef stew in a crockpot for dinner, that cooked all day. I made Italian bread to go with the stew. But the best part was dessert. I made Cheese cake topped brownies. Boy were they yummy. Bet you guys really miss me now, LOL!

I'm the mother of 2 great kids, Stephanie 20, and JR 9. I'm now officially retired. I'm considered to be a bleeding heart liberal (a label that I wear proudly)!
